It is also a perfect destination for families with children: the villa is all fenced around, surrounded by olive-trees, placed in a spectacular location and with a completely private swimming-pool at exclusive use of the villa’s guests.

Furthermore, the Villa is equipped with a large “loggia” and lanai to dine or relax open-air and a large BBQ is placed in the well-kept garden all around. Really a great place where to spend a relaxing holiday! Furthermore, the owners are also managing a large farm nearby (with no animals, just crops, olives and grapes), producing red and white wines exported worldwide, as well as extra virgin olive oil, honey and many of the typical Italian liquors. Furthermore, living in Tuscany from generations, the owners know the Tuscan culture in deep and are always glad to share it with their guests, to whom they may also cook great typical Tuscan dinners using mainly biological, local products: a real experience!

Villa Casa di Monte is an holiday villa very much appreciated by families. The reason is quite clear: it is surrounded by greenery, in the silence and quietness of the Chianti hills; and the swimming-pool is next to the villa and really private for the renters! Furthermore, the Villa is strategically situated to reach some adventure- or fun-parks and zoos nearby, for example the Folletto park is only few kms away, offering challenges in the tree tops, where children (but adults too!) can move from tree to tree on suspension bridges and enjoy many other exciting activities; nearby is the Pistoia Zoo too, one of the largest zoos in whole Italy and, for the lovers of Jurassic times, nearby is also the Ghironi Prehistoric Park.
So, families with children have much to enjoy, beside – of course – the visits/tours to the main Tuscan towns (Florence, Siena, Lucca and so on) and the many enchanting medieval villages all around. And, for whom may like to ride, beginners included, a further highlights is the nearby horse- riding center, that also organize horseback-tours wandering in the Chianti countryside. Last but not least, the food and wines: the owners are always glad to organize typical Tuscan dinners using only local products that they mainly purchase from nearby farmers. And the food will be accompanied by the wonderful wines produced directly by the owners: not to miss!
